I woke up at 5am, set up my things and took the train to the airport. Actually I arrived with enough time to take the plane. Even so, when I arrived at the luggage control I realized that it was going to get interesting.
The crowd that had been gathered around reminded me of the movie Titanic ⛴️ in the scene where the lifeboats aren’t enough for all the people and everybody goes crazy.
Only this time there were no shots or people jumping overboard. The worst thing that happened was that a lot of people got into the line, including a blonde probably from Serbia or some of those countries where they talk with their mouths shut (kidding Slav friends), who stood in front of me very firmly. I asked her if she had any problems and she said: “You have the problem”. I did not answer anything because she actually seemed very desperate and also because there was a big guy at her side… who I’m I kidding, mostly because of him.
Then, asking a little, I learned that the riot was due to a strike by security guards, who are apparently underpaid. See if they pay a little more!
Now I’m on the plane a little more quiet listening to the episode 316 of Soulection Radio. Here I leave the link in case you are interested to hear it and tell me if they liked: https://soundcloud.com/soulection/soulection-radio-show-316
I see that I have replies from the two guys that I contacted through Couchsurfing and both can offer me a place to stay tonight! The question is: A helicopter pilot or a guy with a very interesting philosophy? I will probably stay the first day at one guy’s house and the last day at another’s house.
In short, many things can happen in just one morning and it’s still 10:30, half an hour to reach Stuttgart.
Update (15:16):
When my plane landed (yes, I got a plane) I got in touch with Daniel Werner, a guy I contacted at Couchsurfing, who inspite of not being able to hosting me, offered to accompany me to buy some things and have lunch together. Daniel told me about the things that could be done in Stuttgart and how to move around the city. It’s always good to find like-minded folks 🙂
